OUR SERVICES

Our teams consist of 1 Project Manager, 1 Executive Advisor, and 4-5 Consultants. We pride ourselves on our interdisciplinary approach to sustainability work and our experience in the field. All of our consultants are either LEED or TRUE-certified.

Projects typically range from 10-15 weeks depending on client needs and availability. This includes frequent meetings with the client and on-site visits, audits, and deliverables.

Our team conducts on-site waste audits to understand problem areas and identify opportunities for zero waste and circularity.
Our consultants analyze the client’s Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and identify priority decarbonization levers. We create models to project emissions, cost savings, and potential for Net Zero.
Our consultants conduct Life Cycle Assessments of a product or activity and identify hotspots and intersectional impacts. This can be done comparatively or for a new product.
Our consultants conduct research and extensive data collection to identify opportunities for market entry, market expansion, mergers, and revamping marketing strategies.
We are proud partners of USGBC. Our team of LEED Green Associates and TRUE Advisors work with the client to achieve LEED or TRUE certification and solidify their sustainability achievements.
Our consultants conduct research and provide guidance on top-down intersectional internal sustainability initiatives from mission statements to employee training.
Similarly to the Life Cycle Analyses, our consultants research and analyze opportunities for increasing the profitability of a product from optimizing the production process to increasing market shares.
